Absolutely amazing little place that is a bit of a hidden gem -- the staff is also extremely accommodating and overall provided a positive, tasty experience. The gumbo is superb, and the Cajun fries and whatever sauce comes with them is addicting from bite-one. Thanks for your work, gentlemen! We'll DEFINITELY be back.

Great food and at a decent price. They where super nice people but the food had me at helo. Its hard to find true Cajun food out here but these people know how to do it. I was very impressed how good it was.

The food here is great! I stopped by there one Sunday because I was tired of the usual and had the at etouffee... so delightful! I upgraded to the fries... I don't know what the slaw is like but the fries are game changing!! Soo damn good!!!! I brought my coworkers there on Tuesday just so they could get in on this gem! Pro tip, get the beignets. Delicious!!!

A co-worker told me about this place and raved about it! I had to try it! I ordered the popcorn shrimp and was pleasantly surprised at the generous portion was given to me. Excellent flavor and comes with a delicious dipping sauce! For an extra $2 I got Cajun fries with it. They too had a great flavor! Very excited about this place and highly recommend it!

The most important item first: Perfect beignets! This Eatery's étouffée is based on a blond base (roux?). My husband is partial to a brown roux that's thick with crawfish and doesn't have noticeable vegetables. My first spoonful here had identifiable celery which I like. (I usually sauté extra vegetables to eat with the dark version that hubby likes and brings home sometimes.)...
